What level of fitness do you need to be to do this programme?
You can be any level of fitness to complete this programme, if you’re completely new to training and or kettlebell movements there will of course be a learning period to obtain an understanding of the basics that are required to complete these exercises.
Don’t worry though, these movements really don’t take long to learn and of course you will be supported by myself and the ever expanding Kettlebell movement library so don’t think that you will be left alone, you will be supported the whole way.
And to the more experienced athlete this programme most definitely caters towards your needs as well, I’ve had some seasoned gym goers including myself test this programme with a fine tooth comb to ensure that not only are you training at the optimal intensity, the structuring/flow of the sessions are laid out correctly and that you are getting the best bang for your buck in respects to exercise as possible.
The results produced have been insane!
Who would benefit from this style of training?
Anyone and everyone!
I truly mean that, everyone can benefit from this programme/style of training whether you’re brand new to exercise or a competitive grappler or a rugby player, it really doesn’t matter. With the improvements that you make via this programme will help you within whatever sporting field you are in.
How long does the programme last?
This programme will last 8 weeks in duration.
How frequently will I train?
You will be training 4 days a week.
How long do the sessions last?
The session’s have been designed to last anywhere between 20 - 60 minutes, the fantastic element towards this method is that if you’re running out of or running short of time you can select individual portions of sessions to suit your needs. This being said, it's important to follow the plan as accurately as possible to ensure maximum results.
How will the programme be delivered?
This programme will be delivered via a downloadable folder which includes:
- A document covering a variety of topics including: A breakdown of the programme structure, the different terminologies used, general do’s and don’ts within this style of training and few other subject matters.
- An excel spreadsheet which has the whole 8 week programme laid out in an easy to use and follow structure.
- A guide to purchasing kettlebells: what weight you should purchase, where to buy them from, the different types, what to stay away from and more!
How many kettlebells do I need to be able to do the programme?
I get asked this question a lot, there’s a simple answer and a more complex one so let’s break it down briefly, this question is heavily dependent upon the individual the reality is you can do this programme with a single kettlebell, in an ideal world you would have 2 or more of differing weights to have more of a selection of choice.
To give you an idea for the average male 3 x KB’s would be optimal:
1 x 16kg
1 x 20kg
1 x 24kg
That being said, please don’t sit there thinking that you can’t do this programme if you don’t have multiple Kettlebells at your disposal, I personally started my journey with a single 24kg bell and slowly expanded my collection as the months went on.
Every single movement on this programme can be done with a single or double kettlebell.
I’m a big advocate of “simplicity wins” and as much as it’s incredible to have a vast amount of equipment the fact is it takes up a lot of space and costs a lot of money now of course if you have the space, the funds to purchase anything you like then I will never stop you. But please always remember, it’s not the amount of tools that you define your outcome, it's the quality of work that you do with them that will shape your path.
The way I tend to coach my clients is if you have a 16kg Kettlebell run the course of the programme with that bell you will of course get stronger, more conditioned so once that cycle of training is done you can then look at upgrading your set up by purchasing a heavier and or lighter kettlebell depending on how you feel.
Oh and one last thing if you’re stuck as to where to buy your Kettlebells don’t worry I’ll help you source them and guide you through the process.
Does this programme produce muscle mass and strength?
Honestly, I can’t even begin to describe the muscular strength, size and density that this programme produces, I’ve personally grown at a staggering rate and not only this my conditioning/weight loss have gone through the roof.
Will you be coaching me through the different exercises?
I will be there to help guide and support you via Whatsapp not only this you’ll also be provided the Kettlebell Movement Demo Library plus a few exclusive tutorials for the essential movements.
