The world of Kettlebell training has been truly life changing for me as a coach and as an athlete, for a long time I never truly utilised them to their true potential. Quite often I’d prescribe “Russian Swings” as a power output developer and rightly so, that exercise alone has added kilo’s onto my clients lifts but then my focus started to transition into other areas of the Kettlebell world, cleans, snatches, gorilla rows, swing squats, the list goes on and over time I noticed not only my physique but also my mental durability was developing at a rate I had never seen before. 

As a coach I feel it’s important to experiment to never be tied down to one method or one style, I believe we can take important attributes from all avenues of fitness. It’s just down to us to dissect them.

I started to teach my clients about each exercise and the potential benefits that they might have towards their training, each week we would experiment with a new movement or variation of and it wasn’t long until the results started to come in,
